The Genesis: Chudasama & Sons

Traceable back to its origins in 1944, Chudasama & Sons was established by Chhaganlal Chudasama in Bhavnagar, a princely state in Gujarat. It serves as the driving force behind Atom Machinery Mfg. Co. Tradition holds that the Chairman of Chudasama & Sons assumes the role of Company Chairman. Born on June 8, 1921, in the quaint village of Kodiak in Bhavnagar, Chhaganlal Chudasama inherited an engineering lineage from his father, Sri Kalyanji Chudasama, a manufacturer of Bullock Carts and Farming tools. Building upon this legacy, Chhaganlal embarked on his journey by founding a machinery enterprise in 1944.

Evolution into Steel & Brass Trading Corporation

Initially focused on crafting Soap printing Dies, Name Plates, Steel Punches, and more, Steel & Brass Trading Corporation later diversified into the realm of Soap Manufacturing Machinery, Milling cutters, Hair trimmers, and other ventures. In 1962, under Chhaganlal Chudasama's leadership, the company made its first successful export to Africa. A pivotal milestone was marked in 1981 when Steel & Brass Trading Corporation transformed into Atom Machinery Mfg. Co., now known as Atom Machinery Exim Pvt. Ltd., in a bid to establish a global presence. Concurrently, the company extended its footprint into Real Estate & Construction by erecting Diamond Enterprise, a complex tailored for Diamond Merchants, in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
